This notice covers this website only. PetRegistry is not yet operating as a registry, and holds no animal or owner records.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the demo-request form: your name, your organisation, your email address, the role you select, and the optional message. Nothing else — no IP logging, no cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page tells no one else that you visited.
How it reaches us
Pressing Request a demosends what you typed to a function we run in Dubai, which turns it into a single email and hands it to Resend, the service that delivers our mail. Resend operates outside the UAE, so your details do cross the border at that step. Nothing is written to a database and no copy is kept on the server — once the email is away, your request exists only in our mailbox. We log the provider’s delivery reference so we can check a message arrived, and nothing about you alongside it.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. We keep it for as long as the conversation is live, and delete it when you ask us to.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Write to admin+support@fractalx.io and we will action it.
